My techniques are precise and gentle, guided by a working knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. The goal is meaningful relief without unnecessary discomfort.
Common concerns clients bring include:
• Post-surgical swelling, fibrosis or scar tissue
• Bloating or fluid retention
• Muscle or joint pain
• Orthopedic injuries or joint replacement post-surgical swelling
• Sinus congestion or seasonal allergies
• Sensitive systems that cannot tolerate aggressive massage
• Hypermobility conditions (such as Ehlers-Danlos)
• Immune conditions including lupus and fibromyalgia
• Lipedema or lymphedema
• Concussions
• Lower limb swelling related to chronic venous insufficiency

Your initial visit is a 75-minute appointment-$135.
Established Clients:
60-minute appointment- $110
90-minute appointment- $160
HSA/FSA Cards, Cash, Zelle, Credit Cards, Checks accepted.
I can provide a receipt for insurance reimbursement if your insurance plan covers massage therapy.
